Ariana is home! (July 25)

Ariana arrived home with her parents around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Everyone is doing great although it seems that we are all trying to catch up on our rest.
Ariana already has Scott wrapped around his finger. He is such a proud Daddy!
Austin has been so sweet to Ariana. He takes time from his playing to say Hi.
Austin's new favorite toys are his dinosaurs. He can even walk and roar like them.

Catherine was quite happy with the box that Joann and Scott gave her for her birthday while her mommy tries to take all of the wires and packaging off of the cool Leapfrog phone.

John David loves the Lego container. Here he is playing Peek-A-Boo with Mommy!

Luke is still enjoying his version of "Capture the Cat!" Unfortunately for Caboodle, Luke is getting pretty good at it!

Fun in Texas (July 22-24)

We have had 3 very busy days in Texas. We can't believe that is only Tuesday. Don't get us wrong, we are having a great time. However, our days have been pretty full with traveling to the hospital, visiting at the hospital, preparing meals, naptime, bedtime, refereeing playtime, etc. Keeping up with four children (ages 3 and under) isn't easy.

The kids are loving Austin's toys. Luke and Austin take turns riding the train!
Catherine is enjoying all of the big kid toys. She is a climber and has figured out how to get up on this truck!! She is the cutest truck driver that I've ever seen!!
John David is haivng fun with Austin's grill. We have never eaten so many hotdogs and hamburgers.
I don't know how many of you remember Luke two years ago when he first got to spend time with Caboodle. Well, let's just say that the love for Caboodle is still there and now Luke can keep up with her a little bit better.
John David also loves the cat. He's not quite as fast as Luke but he's pretty good at sneaking up on him. He's also pretty good at sneaking up the stairs, too. We have the baby gates up at all times!!

Everyone had a great time in the tub. We only had a few accidental self-baptisms.

Austin is a proud big brother. He couldn't wait to call and tell everyone the BIG news!!

Visiting Ariana on Tuesday (July 24th)

Ariana was born at the hospital where Joann works as a nurse. The women's center has only been open since the beginning of July at Baylor Medical Center at Frisco. Joann is the first employee on her floor to deliver a baby at this new hospital. And, yes, the hospital is as nice as it looks!!

Joann is doing great! She and Ariana should be home by Wednesday afternoon.

We enjoyed playing dress-up already. And thankfully, Ariana didn't seem to mind.

She is so sweet!!

Of course I enjoyed getting to hold her some more!! Today we got to hold her when she was awake.

"Jen, Jen is the best. She's the best of all! None of the others can compare, Jen Jen beats them all. " Sorry, Ju Ju.....I just couldn't help myself.

Ariana Is Here!! (July 23rd)

What a difference a day makes!! Welcome to our world, Ariana!Ariana arrived at 12:32 p.m. on Monday. She weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces and is 19 inches long.

The Marlow Family is officially a family of four!

Soon after birth, Ariana was serenaded by Aunt Ju Ju through the telephone. One can only imagine what Aunt Ju Ju was singing to her ("Ju Ju is the best...")
