Al and I took Lucy to the doctor for her two week check-up today. She had gained weight--7lb. 12 oz. and is now 21 inches long. We didn't have to get her bilirubin checked today and she does not have thrush (I don't think she really ever did!). Dr. Gina said that she is a beautiful healthy baby girl!!
We celebrated Lucy's good report by playing outside. The boys enjoyed playing wth the bubble machine!!
It's amazing how exciting baby toys are when you get them out for the first time (after being put away for 2 years). Lucy's brothers were as excited as she was with the Winnie the Pooh play mat.
Thankfully, the new hasn't worn off and everyone still loves Lucy and can't wait for their turn to hold her!!

How sweet! Did Lucy actually get to play with the Winnie the Pooh play gym or did she just listen to the "tutorial"as told by her brothers?!!! :)
As you know, it is very difficult being the third sibling....She basically listened to her brothers share their stories with the play gym. Actually, I think she closed her eyes hoping they wouldn't smash her!! :)

LOL! Yes, Lucy, I understand. You can come and talk to Aunt Jo Jo about it!!! Just listen and smile. :)
What darling pictures of the boys with Lucy. I have a feeling that, being a girl, Lucy will eventually make her presence known and establish her place -- maybe doing away with the "third child syndrome." I guess time will tell.
